October 2026 — Our instrumentation warehouse has taken delivery of four Endress+Hauser Proline Promag H 300 hygienic electromagnetic flowmeters, covering nominal diameters DN2, DN40, DN50 and DN65. All four units are factory-configured to order code option string AAIBAEAFBAFDCS0BA2, packed in original Endress+Hauser cartons and available for immediate shipment to food, beverage and life science projects.
The arrival matters because hygienic flow measurement is rarely a single-size purchase. A skid usually needs a small dosing line, a cleaning circuit and one or two main transfer lines, and mixing manufacturers or product families inside one plant adds spares, training and calibration overhead. Having four bore sizes of the same series on the shelf lets a project team standardise on one transmitter platform without waiting six to eight weeks for a factory build.
| Order code | Nominal diameter | Typical duty | Availability |
| 5H3B02-AAIBAEAFBAFDCS0BA2 | DN2 (1/12 in) | Micro-dosing, filling machine feed | In stock |
| 5H3B40-AAIBAEAFBAFDCS0BA2 | DN40 (1-1/2 in) | CIP supply and return, product recovery | In stock |
| 5H3B50-AAIBAEAFBAFDCS0BA2 | DN50 (2 in) | Batching and main hygienic transfer | In stock |
| 5H3B65-AAIBAEAFBAFDCS0BA2 | DN65 (2-1/2 in) | High-throughput filling, dairy mains | In stock |
The sensor uses a full-bore PFA liner inside a stainless steel housing, with hygienic process connections and an aseptic moulded seal option. Because the measuring principle is electromagnetic and bidirectional, the reading does not shift with product density, viscosity, pressure or temperature — the four variables that change most often between a yoghurt line and a clear juice line. There is no constriction in the pipe, so pumps are not pushed harder and cleaning velocity stays a function of the CIP skid rather than of the instrument.
Size selection on a hygienic line is driven by the flow band, not by the pipe thread. The DN2 unit is intended for lines that carry a few litres per hour, where an oversized meter would lose resolution at the bottom of its span. DN40 is the working size for cleaning circuits and product recovery loops, where the same instrument sees caustic at 80 degrees Celsius and cold rinse water within a single shift. DN50 carries the batch volume that determines yield, and the transmitter totaliser can cut the batch directly. DN65 is chosen where throughput dominates: dairy, juice and beverage mains feeding high-speed fillers.
| Series | Endress+Hauser Proline Promag H 300 |
| Nominal diameter range | DN2 to DN150; DN2, DN40, DN50 and DN65 in stock |
| Liner and electrodes | PFA liner; 1.4435 (316L) electrodes, Alloy C22, tantalum or platinum on request |
| Outputs | 4-20 mA HART, pulse/frequency and status output, up to three I/Os |
| Power supply | 100-230 VAC or 20-30 VDC wide range |
| Display | Backlit with touch control and WLAN access; remote display option |
| Origin | Germany, original Endress+Hauser packaging |
All four order codes are offered with a minimum order quantity of one piece, payment by T/T or L/C, and a 12-month warranty. Stock units normally leave the warehouse within three to five working days; configurations outside the stocked option string are built to order and take approximately six to eight weeks. Because the option string fixes approval, connection, electrode and cable choices, we confirm the code against your line size, medium and cleaning regime before the order is released — it is faster to correct a suffix in the quotation than to modify an instrument on site.
For projects that need several sizes at once, we can hold the units as one shipment and supply the matching grounding rings, seals and connection adapters from the same order. Send the line list with medium, temperature and required flow band, and we will return a size recommendation and a delivery date for each item.
